We run workshops teaching simple breathing yoga exercises that can be incorporated in your daily lives and can also help alleviate most diseases giving you a sense of relief and calmness instantly. These workshops are run alongside an indian origin yogi who has up to 23 years of experiences teaching these breathing exercises. We do these "pop-up" affordable events for people who are feeling down, who are anxious, depressed, suicidal, feeling lonely or grieving for someone's loss.
